    Did you talk to Papashan to finish Duty, Honor, Country? If he's no longer up at the Husting Strip/Royal Promenade, he's usually out in Central Than (23/27, east of the gate of Nald). Might want to go talk to him to see if that gets things back on track.

    That didn't work unfortunately Raist, thank you though I appreciate the suggestion.

    I spoken to Papashan in Central Than at the Ul'dah Dispatch Yard and it didn't get me anywhere, it was just small talk.
