Renewed subscription, bug is stopping me from progressing in-game

Hi all.

On the 16th (yesterday) I renewed my subscription for 30 days.

On the same day I encountered the following bug which is stopping me from progressing in-game: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...r-of-Tradition

I reported this in the In-Game Bugs section: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...r-of-Tradition

This was then subsequently and quickly moved to the Duplicate Bugs section without a reply or PM stating what the existing state of the bug investigation is. As per the sticky "Reports that have been moved to this category will not be investigated." so the Duplicate Bugs section seems to me a place where bugs go to die (/survive).

Can someone advise me on the status of the/this bug? As the last user who reported this in 2013 did not get a reply and was also moved to the Duplicate Bugs section. I feel it is unfair to leave users in the dark regarding serious bugs like this, especially considering I just renewed my subscription.
