Any new info about the old project 'seasonal music composers' (about introducing various composers in some patches/expansion along with Soken) Yoshi-p announced time ago?

As a crafter gathering shards has become annoying and mundane. Is there any way to obtain shards outside of gathering? Leves are helpful but the type of shards and quantity is not consistent

Coil progress lockout is forcing people to form static groups. This in turn forces players not in groups to participate. This was an issue in the original coil and now an issue in the second coil. Players who are not in active FC or in static groups are forced to skip couil altogether. Is anything being done to make the coils a lot more accessible?

-Are we stuck on this vertical progression for the future of this game or are you going to add gear options?
-Will materia system actually be useful for end game gear like opening slots and attach trait/ability materia?
-Will job stone ever be upgradeable to level 50 with some perks tired looking at it is the only level 30item on me?

The hunts have made the game extremely unfriendly and have invalidated a lot of game content. Will you be making any overhauls on this system or balancing it so that players don't have to only focus on the hunts?
