Those are only Best in Slot. Pretty much every piece of PvP gear with Det on it is in the top 5. And I just noticed an error that was in PvP gear's favor: Lionsmane Belt BiS for Paladins.

12 det and nothing else.
Heroes Belt of Fending - Det
Belt of Light - Crit
(Weathered) Noct Belt - Det
Lionsmane may have more Det... at ilvl100. But everything is synced remember,
The gear has Main Stats, a secondary stat and a tertiary stat. The secondary stat is at stat cap and the teritary stat is at roughly 3/4 cap. The Lionsmane Belt will sync down to 10 Det while the Hero's Belt of Fending and (Weathered) Noct Belt will sync down to 7.
Argh, I'm not meaning to argue with you. I would actually like them to replace Morale with Det/Crit/SkS/SpS as appropriate, but I was only trying to point out that the PvP gear is not as bad off as people think it is.
From reevaluating PvP pieces, it seems that both their secondary stat and morale are capped for PvP gear.
