But you can pick and chose from plenty of PVE gear that doesn't have accuracy.

Its a bit more limited than you think. Each class currently has 10 non-PvP i80+ Armor sets, and close to half of the pieces in each slot have accuracy making them equal to PvP gear. Parry is also a semi-bad stat making a good chunk of the tank gear worse than the PvP gear.

And my point was that Morale isn't the only dead stat.
