[feature request] Penalty for queue withdraw

They are two different things. You may not know, but it is better make a new thread if you want talk of something different thatn the OP. There is complainig about queue, here is a feature request. two-different-things.

You obviously didn't read the OP i linked to that you replied to. Both of them apply to the same issue - a party member has withdrawn, finding a new member. These are both about the same thing and should be in the original thread.
