    2-5 minute lockout for being able to re-queue for a duty if you withdraw after it pops.

    Yes, alot of people is waiting to get into a dungoen/instance, and I don't understand why people would search for it, then cancel it when it appears. They should get some penalties, cause everyone is waiting longer because they didn't follow through.

    So please get a warning system up, and people who does it alot gets some kind of penalty.
