extreme lag after patch 2.28

after the recent patch i have been having severe game lag i am not sure if its just me or is there others suffering from it as well it makes the game almost unplayable
as a healer it makes it impossible to do the job i have picked
i love playing this game i have tried everything i can think of and i dont think its my end
if any one has been having this problem i would be very happy to here if there is a way to fix this
