Steps:
1. Head to Coerthas Central Highlands - X:34, Y:21 (Natalan, near the large circle of Ixali)
2. Point your Camera West towards Dragonhead, and move around in circles/while looking toward the mounts west.
3. Observe erratic frame rate issues.

Theory: The console is rendering the area/players around Dragonhead when the camera is aimed in that direction, thus causing the frame drops.
