    glitched leves since beta

    Agent Alfred P: Thank you, . How may I help you today? What is the issue you are having?
    You: well ive been having an ongoing glitch in ffxiv and i have contacted every other manor of support for about 10 months
    You: so as it is im paying monthly for a game i cant do about 50% of its content
    Agent Alfred P: What is the error you are getting?
    You: it was a quest glitch that makes it so i can no longer obtain the trial leve to unlock leves
    You: way back in beta when you could initially accidently drop the leve
    You: ive tried the direct ffxiv chat phone gm and bug reports for months
    Agent Alfred P: Just out of curiosity, have you made a lot of progress on this character?
    You: yes very much so
    You: almost all jobs capped
    You: in 90+ gear for a few
    Agent Alfred P: And you've contacted GMs in game and you haven't received a response?
    You: their response is to send me to the other people who in turn send me back to them
    You: well one guys response was "we can cancel your account until your issue is fixed"

    Agent Alfred P: Thank you for waiting. Unfortunately, there's nothing on our end we can do to resolve this issue. This is something that has to be fixed by the development team. How long ago did you submit the bug report on the forums and in game?
    You: well my most recent one was a few days ago my first one was about 1 week after the game was released
    You: my wife even tried tweeting the NA dev team lol
    Agent Alfred P: I would do this. Submit a bug report on the forums and game. Keep in mind this type of issue is going to take some time to complete since this is a complicated issue so it will require some research.
    You: its impossible to research
    You: they already made the fix so they cant repeat the issue
    You: about 4 months after release
    Agent Alfred P: So they told you directly the issue was unfixable?
    You: no they just say the same thing every time
    Agent Alfred P: What is the direct response they give you?
    You: its still being tested
    Agent Alfred P: The development team responded to you?
    You: no just the bug report forum people
    You: the fix in all honesty is about a 2 minute fix
    Agent Alfred P: Unfortunately, if that is the response they gave you, you would need to wait until they can fix the issue. To be honest, I'm not sure if it's even fixable. I can't guarantee anything.
    Agent Alfred P: Unfortunately, we can't fix it on our end.
    Agent Alfred P: We don't have access to in game tools.
    You: so what im hearing is theres no communication between departments as well as no product backing...
    Agent Alfred P: If I had another option available for you, I gladly would provide one. I'm not trying to give you the run arounds.
    You: is there a number i can call to reach the devs or even an email?
    Agent Alfred P: The development team is in Japan and they don't have a number or contact e-mail.
    Agent Alfred P: There's no way to directly contact them.
    You: so in the time they take to never fix my issue i pay full price for a game i cannot continue on because of beta testing YOUR game and then you cant even do anything about it
    You: does that make any sense to you?
    Agent Alfred P: I understand where you are coming from. One moment.
    Agent Alfred P: Thank you for waiting. If the issue has already been escalated to the appropriate channel, it will be a matter of waiting. We will however have this looked into on our end but this is the most we can do. I do apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced and I do want to get this resolved for you but this is something that the development team needs to fix.
    You: waiting.....
    You: well the dev team seems to rather want to make you look pretty in the weather on the game than fix detremental issues
    You: i mean 10 months no other MMO would ever let an issue go that long
    Agent Alfred P: I understand and I agree with you. I'm doing all I can for you. I can't guarantee any time frames regarding this unfortunately. I have provided you what I can to help with this issue. Do you have any other questions or concerns?
    You: i have plenty of concerns....
    You: but seeing as the only ones that can do anything about anything cannot be contacted by anyone theres no point
    You: i mean i already made peace with the fact that because the 3 months i played in 1.0 werent "consecutive" i dont get legacy status

    For god's sake, remove the info I quoted/bolded from your text ASAP, you just gave enough info for anyone to impersonate you and ask to cancel your account, for example.
