accepted bug never fixed even though hotfix was reported

the first link there is to your hotfix announcements under the 10 15 2013 post in the issues fixed section it states you fixed this problem however you did not refresh the quest for those already experiencing the issue the second one is all the bs this forum has put me through since beta phase 4 when this problem initially came about.
seriously this isnt a still investigating issue this is a sweep it under the rug issue

i would also like to point out i cannot do leves guildhests or thanks to your latest 2.1 patch i cannot do the story missions because it requires you to do guildhests
