    Agreed. I mean... what's the point releasing statement back then which talks about discontinued achievements, which force some ppl who cares to get it done as much as they can, and not able to use the titles we got anymore...

    Agreed, i mean granted, we started 3 months before shut down and so my husband hauled ass to get his monster hunter title and got it the day before they before they stopped saving. So he HAD it and even used it on the last day and until shut down. This is bogus and no reason for it. it's just laziness is all. I got that survey in my email today after talking to that agent and gave a negative review and raged in the comments. Surely SOMEONE will see it. But it's not even about the title for me much anymore, it's just the whole purpose and the fact that they are finding another reason to screw people. I love this game but jeez, this picking and choosing who can have what when so many people earned it is unbelievable.

    Well.... i finally got a reply about to the rage email i sent after the one telling me i won't get my title(posted previously) and you can definitely tell that they are automated......

    I'm sooooo sick of getting these automated replies. A real life blood-flowing person needs to be replying to me because it's just making me more and more irritated. I am NOT posting this on the forums as a bug report because that's EXACTLY what this thread is.... and is there a reply from a GM on here???? NO! is there a response or direct answer/solution on this or any other posts regarding this problem? NO!!!!

    I just got this same reply. I'm missing Crystal Bearer even though the completed achievement is staring me in the face. In WoW, I had a GM actually ask me to log off a character once so he could log onto it and fix an item; I watched from an alt. Here... we get this automated response nonsense... SE should consider hiring more people now that they're making some money off this game.

    Yep, well..... if they want me to make my own post.... i'll make my own post :-) Gonna have fun with this. I'm already ticked about it. Just stupid to make a whole new thread for the same issue so many people have posted about and still haven't responded too and all they are gonna say is "Thank you for informing us with this concern, we will pass it on and have someone investigate. Please check here and here for a solution" something along those lines anyway. That is ALWAYS the response and our solution NEVER shows up!!!! But they can waste our time and money on stupid things like 4 new different kinds of poses and 2 seated chocobos but not the stuff people are actually upset about. So sick of dealing with all of this.

    Yeah, in WoW GM service is much better, such things as achievement or title bug they solve in game instantly. FFXIV in-game support sends to NPC first, then on forums, without even trying to understand problem, even if i said them that i did both lot of times already.

    Yep, but got resonance only after recent patch, coz Titles wasn't visible before.

    Same problem for me.
    Only have 1/3 of the "A ... Worst Nightmare" titles available and 0/3 of the "Divine Might,..." set, and a few others missing too.
    It's all legacy titles. The newer ones all seem to be available.
