Thread: 1.0 title not received!!! **Yes, I know**

Yes, i know there are already a few threads JUST like this one. I've even commented on a couple. BUT i was instructed in an email, which will be shown momentarily, to post my own thread in regards to my issue. Well, I, like a LOT of paying customer who have played since 1.0, did not receive my 1.0 title. Mine that is missing is Crystal Bearer. Many more people are missing up to 6-7.

I put in the appropriate ticket TWICE and this time i got a response. This response stated that if i didn't get my title transferred to ARR then i will NOT be receiving it at all. Whaaat?? Why do so many people get the titles that they earned and so many people do not? Do you just pick and choose who gets what they earned and who don't? My husband worked so hard for the Notorious Monster Hunter title up til the day before they quit saving. But he got it, and yet also didn't receive it come 2.0. He even has the achievement. Srsly... this is not the way to do things to people that give you a job to do.

Anyway, here is a copy of the email i had received, including my response.

Unfortunately, we will have to inform you that even though all the achievements earned during 1.0 are being transferred to your character, the titles are not. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to your gameplay, however we hope that if you will find yourself in need of GM assistance in the future to not hesitate to contact us once again.

I don't understand that? Why wouldn't the titles get transferred over? I see so many people with their 1.0 titles, so why is it that might wont get transferred? I'm confused... And why have the achievements if you can't have your title, then your work wasn't for much when most of them were FOR the titles. Please explain to me why some would have theirs but apparently some don't because i don't get it. Thank you.

Now.... If no one else's posts are getting a reply or if they do, there's no solution. Those they plainly stated in my first email that i will NOT be receiving my title. I demanded and explanation as to why and why some get them and some dont.... NOTHING!!!
This is NOT the kind of game and service that i pay for every month and that i have played for so long. Why do only a set number of people get what so many people have worked hard for and many of them don't? It's seriously not like they can't make our titles available. They can look and verify that we got them and just do a little thing or whatever they do and give those missing them, their titles they have earned.

With everything else that they are capable of, this shouldn't shouldn't be that hard. Granted i'm not a genius with this stuff but with all the planning and designing and whatnot you gotta do for new "poses" and ugly outfits, how can returning earned titles be any more difficult than that? The fact that so many people EARNED it and unlocked it but don't have it, that's considered a feature and needs to be FIXED! In the time that they spent sending me automated emails, they could have had my title on my character.

But, just to make this as detailed as possible, here is a screenshot proving i unlocked it.




Now, after being told to make my OWN post for this issue on YOUR end, not mine. I am expecting and response and a solution. Don't give me this "Thank you for posting and informing us of your issue. We will be passing this on and will have it investigated. Please check here and here for your solution" crap. That is posted on every single bug report posted on here that actually gets a response, but how many of those actually get a solution? This is a VERY simply issue for you to fix. And it is an issue that only YOU can resolve because it's your fault it's happening. Now. For now.... that's all i have to say for now, i'm sure i'll think of more and will be sure to post that as well.

Just in case it wasn't clear..... I just want my Crystal Bearer title. THAT'S ALL!! Make that happen for your customers and this issue will go away and i will go away happy.

Ya, that doesnt say to make your own topic anywhere in it. The rules of this forum also state to not make a new topic if there is already a post about the problem. Your second email says to submit a bug report, going by the rules, that means that since there is already a topic for it, to add your report to that one.

before you quote unnecessary thing, you should read again what OP posted. It is CLEARLY stated on that last email reply to MAKE the post! That's SE telling OP to MAKE the post.

Thanks Bobbin, ur a doll. And ForteXX, really? Don't be sitting there attempting to "quote the rules" to me. Not gonna work. Unless you have them printed out and laminated like a good little pet, i'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to look, myself, through the rules and you're posts and find some that are, in my less than professional opinion, against the rules and start quoting you, making myself look stupid. BUT, i'm not going to do that. I have other things to do. Like make stupid posts that i shouldn't have to make but do make them because, by doing what they suggest leaves less room for excuses on their part. So, go pull that stuff on someone else's post.
