What is the Groups Progress and Experience so far in the Second Coil of Bahamut?

My current Experience is that I've T6-T7 down and on T8 I've reached till 30% of the Boss HP left.

So my question is in what kind of Group will I end up if I'll apply to your Guild?
Am currently specifically searching for a Group with similar Experiences in Progress.

We dont work with static groups they change evry week.
We have 3 groups running evry week killing T6 to T8 and 2 of those groups are killing T9 for some time now.
You would be put in a different group evry week during your trail.

May I ask what's the reason for always changing the Groups instead of staying in one Static Group?

Non static groups make it easier to weed out the people that want to get carried, and evryone has to be able to play with evryone since the progression group is different evry new patch.
