As most of us are aware each server has basically been tracking individual progression from launch until now. I would like to provide an opportunity to establish a system that will track world progression among the best guilds from every server.

I have provided example guilds to show what a ranking would look like and how the rankings work. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO GET FAMILIAR WITH THE SUBMISSION PROCESS BEFORE 2.2 LAUNCH. This will save me a ton of work and time and I will be able to keep the thread as up to date as possible.
In order to have a kill counted it must have ALL of the following:
1. Guild/Linkshell name with server and region included Ex. Modified <MOD> Gilgamesh US/EU
2. Time of Kill -> Screen shot of time from website: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldcloc...en.html?n=1440 NOTE: YOU MUST SUBMIT KILLS IN UTC OR THEY WILL NOT COUNT
3. Screen shot/video of kill NOTE: if you submit a video PLEASE edit your video/give time of kill. I WILL NOT search around your 4+ hours of wiping to find the one good attempt you had.

5. Proof of membership in FC or LS The easiest way to do this is to open the party menu (o) while not in the duty server and screen shot that for FC. For linkshell open active linkshells and screenshot all 8 people. If you have a gazillion people online in your raiding Linkshell MAKE A NEW ONE SO ALL 8 MEMBERS ARE VISABLE AT ONE TIME
Essentially, the fights must be recorded linearly. At least for this tier, that is how it will be done. Even if you could skip turns, don't be bad. The first boss is historically the easiest, even in cases where first isn't easiest, traditionally the times are the closest to one another on first boss. We also have the problem of not having consistent launch days, nor do we have the same timezones (or raid times for that matter). To adjust for that, the FIRST boss fight, is worth less points than all the rest (In this case, point decay is 12X (or 1/2 a point every hour). Normal will be 1 point an hour. To adjust for the difficulty, and also to award the guilds for first clear, only the last boss is worth more than normal at 48x (2 points an hour).
This is a time based point system that ranks guilds based on overall performance in coil. I have decided to NOT include both Leviathan EM and King Mog EM as I believe both of these fights are not apart of core progression. My reasons for doing this system based on time and points rather than just "first one to kill the boss" is to protect against some of the most common complaints:
1. Nerf Protection- by killing something pre nerf you get extra time on the next boss, and most times the first kill on the next boss which gets you extra points anyway.
2. Timezone protection - Timzones are less problematic because you aren't dealing with static points - by scaling the first boss ( it deteriorates at half the rate of T7 and T8 and a quarter of the rate of T9) you are effected even less by timezone issues.
3. Last kill being most important: Mostly through scaling, the last kill becomes the most important by punishing those who do not kill it quickly after the first.
4. Default points being set to 10,000: to prevent the last boss from being obsolete from latecomers and to prevent a guild who has killed all but one fight and has quit the game from being ranked higher than an active guild that has killed all the fights.
Last but certainly not least, THERE IS A ZERO TOLERANCE FOR EXPLOITED KILLS OR CHEATING. IF YOU SUBMIT AN EXPLOITED KILL YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THIS THREAD AND ALL KILLS WILL BE DISCREDITED FROM YOU.
