




Couldn't have said it better myself.Bards are uniquely gifted in the fact that they have a theoretically 100% uptime on their chosen target, able to continuously deal damage regardless of movement requirements and nearly all mechanics. Their DPS is very respectable compared to the current damage dealing classes/jobs, and they have the unique ability to grant massive resource (MP/TP) regeneration to everyone in range, including themselves. Additionally, they're the go-to class/job whenever a particular enemy needs to be silenced, as Blunt Arrow is significantly more reliable than Silent Dusk or Arm of the Destroyer.
If Archers/Bards had a damage-dealing Limit Break, what would be the point of bringing any other damage dealer to a raid?
