[PS4] How to change your input language from keyboard?

Don't quote me but I thought the language switching on PS4 is hardcoded to ~ on PS4 (if you have multiple language inputs set up). Which incidentally, many others on PS4 had difficulty trying to bind ~ key to an action as it is tightly bound to PS4 OS-level.

I can change between JP and ENG using ~ only if I set my keyboard layout as JP. (which will effect it in the way that the letter aren't in the same layout as my eng keyboard)

Since my true keyboard layout is Western way, so I want to set keyboard layout as western, but enable it a way to type JP romanji only. Which I m want to know how.
