PS4 version pre-order bonuses

Hey All,

Has anyone actually received their pre-order bonus codes for the standard version for PS4? I still hadn't received mines via amazon.co.uk and went onto customer services. They advised me that they are not running the promotion even though the SE site says they are, and that SE have provided them with no codes. I then checked another seller which is on the SE site for the promotion and they also are not running it.

I'm now in a bit of a rage because I remember the issues with pre-order codes last time around - at least we received them back then. This time around it seems like blatant false advertising. FYI I've already posted a topic on tech. support forum, but this one is really to have more discussion and find out others experiences.
