Everything gets read and almost everything that's worth conveying to the devs gets passed along. If Bay and Rukki posted every time they read something and passed it along, the dev tracker would be full of useless posts.

I'm not talking about stuff like that, you know like in a ticketing system where the tech support opens the question it will automatically change the status from unread to read. Just something like that is what I had in mind.
And yeah I know everything does get delivered or eventually delivered to the devs; just seeing something like that 1-50 thread or thread that has over 200+ likes and not even one note would get people anxious and want to know if it's really being delivered. For me personally I know (hope) it gets sent over so not really worried.

I know people are sick of the suggestions to take ideas from ffxi... but ffxi's exp cap system is really what this game needs. a soft cap on exp so without any bonuses a player can't get more than X amount of exp from a mob regardless of the mobs level. Groups of 8 may hit that cap on mobs 15-20 levels higher than they are, solo players might hit that cap on mobs 5-7 levels higher than they are.
Promote's challenging play for groups without seeming to penalize them, and slows down the rate of growth for powerleveling.

パッチ1.19でRepopの仕様に手を入れています。
1.20で微調整が必要ではありますが、1.19で確実に間隔は早くなります。
1.19のRepopをプレイしてみて、またフィードバック頂けると助かります!
Forgot to touch on this one yesterday, sorry.
In patch 1.19, we touched up on the Repop method.
In 1.20 adjustments will be required but with 1.19 it will definitely be faster.
Please play the new Repop in 1.19 and would appreciate if you can leave feedback on it!

There is two more posts by him but it's him talking casual/off topic to the JP players responding to their posts cheering YoshiP and stuff. Nothing really game related but saying he will try his best to keep up with the communications and the long post is not decision made by him alone it was well discussed over several days debating with Matsui and Gondai and what he posted is the result they came up with.

It is temporary but we are trying to see if we can do something for 1.19, we are trying hard on the adjustments, it's really close, please give us some more time for updated information. (he's talking here about the timing to get it in the 1.19 patch, i think they have deadline to make it before it goes through the QA and all that.)

you were still in the transition zone. they added extra zones when zoning into and out of cities that are basically two separate zones... which is why you can't check the bazaar contents for some people at the entrance to the cities.

スレッドの中で多くのご質問を頂いている、同種族のみがリンクしてくるのか他種族もリンクしてくるのかという件について開発チームと確認してきました。
Checked with the dev team regarding the numerous questions we received on this thread about if the monsters will link with any monsters or with the same type of monsters only.
パッチ1.19で実装されるリンクシステムはシンプルな形となり、種族に関係なくリンクしますが、将来的には同種族のみがリンクする仕組みに変更されることが計画されています。
With patch 1.19 the link system being implemented is simple style and will link no matter what type of race/type the mob is, but in the future we are planning to make to change to where it links with same race/type of the mob.
たとえば蛮族であれば、蛮族にもパーティがあることを意識した設計にして、戦っているとまずヒーラーの蛮族が回復してくる――といったように、ただ単に近くの敵がリンクしてくるだけではなくなることなどが想定されます。
For example if its beastmen, making a structure were beastmen also has a party, and while fighting the healer beastmen will heal, so it doesn't simply mean just close monsters will link.
