    Bug in the Mounts

    Hello,
    Once again I come to the forum to request support bracket, hopefully this time at least check the problem, but as it was asked to put my complaint be alert to and will open the forum ........

    Steps:
    1. I received the premiums relating to account 180 days and the collector's edition.
    2. I opened the awards have all been added to the menu, minions and mounts, mounts just could not use because I had not finished the quest line.
    3. On 24/01/2014 I finished the quest line, but when I opened the menu mounts the voidal Coeurl Mount Resonator and were no longer available on the menu, they disappeared

    You should make the post with all the information under the bug report section of the forum instead.

    They replied to one of your other threads and asked for more information, information which you've now posted under Technical Support instead of under Bug Reports where it belongs.

    It may be that you won't get any direct response to your particular problem, but issues posted under Bug Reports are forwarded to the developers.

    Thanks for the suggestion but I think I will not return again, I've opened a post there and the answer was to fill this form here in this place, it was done but still not heard back yet, yesterday already got a lead, to update the game voidal resonator appeared again in my inventory, may have been an error of corrupted file, but I need confirmation of this just to not be installing and uninstalling the game every day.

    But thank you again, at least you stopped what he was doing to give me a little attention, unlike other .......

    Interesting ......
    With the update done yesterday voidal Resonator item appeared in my inventory again.
    But the item Coeurl Bell is still missing, as when updating the item appeared miraculously tried to uninstall and install the game again just by guarantee, yet he did not appear in the inventory.

    Not even have a way to check what support may have occurred?

    At least if you deem the work to answer whether it is possible or not, know it's hard, apparently you are too busy looking after numerous failures in the game every day, but if possible the attention to me please.

    Just do not give me the suggestion to reinstall the game I've done this yesterday and bell Coeurl remains missing.
