Missing Mounts

Hello,
I already sent email to support but I decided just pass by here in the forum too.
There was an unusual fact, when I logged on 24.1.2014 it was normal, until it was time to climb on one of my mounts to explore the map, all of them simply disappeared, do not know if the bug is on this day because I spent about 2 or 3 days playing with another character I have in the world Malboro, just know that this day I logged estavão and they were not there anymore, had all the mounts concerning the award of 180 days, now only left my dear old chocobo companion.
I checked my other characters in all worlds, they just disappeared.

Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information.
