Well I know there will be no cap right now but I invite you all to go read my thread:

Where I suggest an alternative that could satisfy everyone. Maybe more "likes" or post would help it get through to the devs that not everyone wants an easy game and that incentives to promote challenging play would be a nice addition.
I'm almost lost for words by how bad of a decision this is. It seemed like this new team was moving things in the right direction and listening to the fan/player base. How can you even consider allowing this to happen. Many of the threads have talked about the lack of challenge, adventure, and exploration and the dev's responded that they are actively working in this direction. But this decision contradicts that response and totally ignores what a vast majority of the players want in this game. It's bad enough they've weakened the big three NM's to the point where they can be solo'd or duo'd. Now they are going to make it where a player with a decent r50 build could solo stomp through an R25 dungeon? It's been made very clear that people want that challenge and sense of achievement.
We were so excited by the potential of the large group of NM that came out a few months ago, and were extremely let down by the fact that we were able to kill them all and essentially farm all the needed/wanted gear in one night. With this decision, you are setting us up for another great let-down. With all the teasers and pics, we saw so much potential and are getting psyched up again. I'm not sure how many times the dwindling player base will tolerate them before they give up on this game.
We need challenge, excitement, fulfillment, and a sense of accomplishment. As it stands, you might as well just automatically slap the achievement on my profile and drop the loot in my inventory with the patch.
So you don't have a class you could get to 25 to enjoy the r25 dungeon? I mean seriously guys come on.
I complain a lot but finding the most minimal things to throw up a huge fit about is just pathetic.

Who cares if you walk a mid-level player through a dungeon? That gear is (hopefully) not going to last long.
Which is what? A r50 wants gear on a job that he only plays from time to time? How does that break the game? It's just foolish reasoning.
FURTHERMORE, what about the players that have all their battle classes to r50? What incentive to they have in playing a r30 dungeon at all?
The 25 dungeon won't be challenging at all. It will be more like an extended leve. You can't balance content around rank 25 and allow rank 50s to go in and have it challenging. People aren't going to enter with their rank 25-30 job, they'll go in with their 50s.
