Anyone Have Data on Block and Parry Percentage?

I stand corrected! So does that mean you have around 100% block rate? I take it, when you parry, your head blocks all incoming damage not reduced by your parry?

That would mean war is definatelly OP! Because my paladins shield does not have 100% proc chance!
