Anyone Have Data on Block and Parry Percentage?

Been trying to find this for days and keep ending up at the same old tables telling you the str tiers for amount blocked, but the amount you block doesn't really tell you anything about damage mitigation over time if you don't know frequency of parry/block.

Pretty straight forward, anyone taken the time to figure out:

A) How often does a i90 shield PLD block? 5% of the time, 20%? 99.9999%? Intuitively I want to guess its somewhere near 25%, but without real data I can't say.

B) How often does a paladin parry? How often does a Warrior parry?

C)Is this the same if they both have the same Parry rating?

D) How much % increase chance to parry is 1 parry rating?
