Basically this. Are EU's at a disadvantage? Yup. Is it game breaking? Nup. I'm kinda sick of hearing all the excuse tbh, people moaning in chat "I WAS OUT OF IT" like 50 times... That's cool, but you died. So rather than moaning in chat (or on the forums) count your losses, move on, get better.
