The 5th slot is crazy but there are "cheap" alternatives, not exactly BiS but still better than i90 gear.

This is what i melded, its not the absolute best but it doesnt cost millions of gil either:

The suggested "BiS" meld for griph is (damn expensive):

I think he's talking about the price of the hq rings necks and bracelets themseleves. They go for millions in my server
