90K, Followed By 10102, and then server issues

Was doing a dungeon and received a 90K error....

Received Error Code 10102 for about an hour+....

Rebooted game, rebooted PS3, even rebooted the modem...

Now, "Unable to load NA/EU Server List" *sigh*

Any suggestions?
