Unable to update NA/EU

I was about to start T2 with my static tonight, I just so happened to get disconnected and haven't been able to log in since, restarted PC couple times, client about 20 times, even restarted my modem and I still can not update the NA/EU list. Now I feel like an asshole because my static didn't end up running because I couldn't get on. Is anyone else having this issue? Or does anyone know what I could possibly do to get back on? I'd appreciate the help. Thanks.

Not just you. I got this 15 minutes ago while I was still in a new AK.

I tried restarting my modem and the game. So far two things can happen. I receive the can't update the group na/eu character list, but I can still hop on the JP servers, or my characters show up on Goblin but I get Error 90000 when I try to get in.

Hmm glad to know its not only me. Ive tried everything, modem, renewing my IP, nothing seems to be working... JP servers loading fine but i have yet to see my character.

Been exiting and relogging for over 30 minutes now. Still can't find Ea/NA servers.

i was getting error 90k for 2 hours right after character selection, now im getting unable to find na/eu servers as of 2 mins ago.

I was having this issue as well. Many of my other friends are able to log on no problem though. So it could be my ISP. I'm in Canada with Bell.

Same here... Was doing CM with some buddies when I got the 90K. One hour trying to log back in, and all I got was a 10102 Error.

After rebooting the game, the PS3 and my modem, still no luck.

After rebooting the modem, my wife logged on a received the 90K immediately.

Now we both "Unable to Load NA/EU Character List".

I was having this issue as well. Many of my other friends are able to log on no problem though. So it could be my ISP. I'm in Canada with Bell.

Oh Boy.... Same Problem, Same Country, Same ISP......

I just took a break from playing Assassin's Creed to give it another shot. I CAN FINALLY LOGIN NOW, 2 hours went by but i haven't disconnected yet.... Keeping my fingers crossed lol. I don't think its ISP i think its SE tbh, all I can say is try to be patient and hopefully you get in.
