Dear Devs, when will this be fixed?

I must say that I really hate the bug report section of these forums. It sucks.

NPC Auriana has a nasty habit of stealing your hard earned Myth when trying to buy Thavnairian Mist and giving you an item you don't want. Seems she does this if you have more than 800 Myth (not sure).

Anyway, a lot of people have encountered this bug for a while now and nothing is being done about it. Send in a ticket and your told to use your one time item restore. They will replace whatever you got, with an item equal to or less than the amount of myth taken. They cannot and will not replace any extra myth.

First of all, I'm not and I'm sure no one else should be forced to use their one time item restore for a bug we can't control. It's like you guys aren't even collecting the information on how many people this is happening to. You just dump it and move on. Already bad enough we can only farm a certain amount each week and this happens and that's the reply we get?

So you telling me all these people screwed up somehow? My bag is never full. I have 2 retainers. Lip- holds all my armor. Pip - holds everything else. I have another character for crafting. Please fix this please~! Or whats the point of having those many maintenance?

All I can say is, your going to have to take the chance. After you grab your first Mist she will try to take 495 myth and give you a helm for whatever class you are playing.

EDIT: I'm sure you won't encounter the problem. Just realized you are talking about buying the armor. Bug only happens when buying Mist from Auriana. I'll edit my first post, since I don't really mention this. Sorry.

This was actually the beginning of my not wanting to log on just to cap my myth for the week. I feel like what's the point really? I will also add in bug reports from the same NPC being sneaky in other annoying ways.

It's because every time you buy something, the game's backend somehow auto-switches back to the first tab (armor). So your next click ends up on the Armor section even though you think it's still in the Other section.

I bought my mists in one go by typing in 2 before I bought it, so I didn't encounter this bug.
(2 because PLDs can upgrade only the sword and shield separately)
I also have the Valor Surcoat.

If in doubt, exit the dialog window and talk to the vendor again for each item you want to buy.

PS: This isn't the only place where the game's UI doesn't update itself to reflect changes in the game's conditions. The UI is indeed done quite sloppily. The other instance where a similar update error happens was innocent enough that I've forgotten what is though...

Are the people getting this issue using the mouse or spamming 0 on the numpad to buy them multiple times? If the latest, it's possible the cursor is positioning itself on the wrong item after the buy, even if the tab is hidden.
Another thing to check is if the confirmation dialog is really asking confirmation for the item you want to buy or the wrong one.

Unless you have evidence of this happening I also do not believe it. I have spent lots of myth myself, also have a large number of friends who have done the same and I have never heard of this before. Sorry to call this a user error but it really seems that way to me. A bug like this would be a huge deal if it actually existed so until somebody posts some actual proof I refuse to believe it.

I'm not asking for my myth back or any type of compensation. I'm just asking for devs to look into this and fix it. So again, I don't care what any of you believe because you and your friends are lucky enough to not encounter this problem. So far there are only a few people, they should look into this before there are more.
