why no party accept me in coil?

ye sucks, i now see 'experienced needed', when 2 weeks ago i didnt see that, i guess everyonce on coil now.

Sometimes feel you need to board the ship really fast during launch or kind of get left behind.

If i was you id make a party for coil, even a practice one or for first timers.

Still cant blame them, i mean they had to practice it as well and go through that routine as well, so they just dont want to go through that hurdle againl, especially with the number of players that know and have done coil. I wish you could df coil, or have a practice option or something. Gl though.

yet wen i find a group they say we dont want any 1st runners

WTF how come i will ever play it like this?

i know its hard dungeon but its not life or death matter

and my FC play coil every week at monday and i just got my full DL cant afford wait another week

So sad but true. This is what it has come down to. It's been like this for awhile now but it's still depressing.

DF and bad PUGs have trained us to think if you don't know the person, they better be well over geared and experienced or they will cause the group to fail with all the derp moments they think an unknown brings. And then there are those who have been carried to coil and thus need carried through it.

Moral of the story- never tell anyone it's your first time.

I lead a very good hardcore Coil group and I can tell ya for a fact many of us who leads such group don't look for experience but rather skills. I have no issue what so ever in teaching new coil players what to do so long they don't royally suck.

Just few pointers to help ya out:

1- You are a MNK, unlike DRG (DRG sucks and I don't care whatever anyone says), your job is actually wanted and can dish out respectful amount of sustained DPS if you know what you are doing.

2- Shout in Mor Dona that you are looking for Casual or Hardcore Coil group, be very specific what kind of group you are looking for and make sure you fit what you are asking for.

3- Coil groups are usually a full package, as in you can't be part of the group unless you are in the FC. While there are link shells for Coil, they are very few.

4- People are nice, if you join any kind of farm group for AK/WP/titan HM (outside DF) and there is someone in the group who has Coil drops, chances are you can ask for a spot in the fc for coil and get one.

Most static and coil progression groups are not random.
My advice is joining a progression in the game in general free company or gather friends and make your own coil group.

Watch some tutorial videos. All I had to say was that I hadn't done it before but I'm well geared and I've watched tutorials for all bosses. In my case I also told them I could handle being the slimer which helped re-affirm I knew what I was doing.

It's going to take a little while to find a good group. Even once I got in we failed for nearly an hour before we cleared t1 on the last boss.

Well i started the game a few weeks back and if a game as popular as this one, If i am not able or have issues getting a coil group yeah i would totaly quit the game and deffenitly just play final fantasy games offline because i am playing this game to be able to enjoy a great game with the option of joining groups to gear up. If this was Aion i would understand but i will get to 50 and see.
