Client/Server discrepency, maybe?

I get this problem every 1-in-10 some runs, but only in instances. My client basically just stops receiving position updates for a person or two in my party, and the only remedy is to either exit the instance or do a log-out/log-in.

Seems to be pretty common when I do Titan for some reason, where randomly a damage dealer will be stuck off the platform, meleeing and using their skills from afar, even though folks on my voice-chat confirm it's just on my end that this is happening. The worst part about the problem is that the line-of-sight and distance check for skills are done client-side first, so if someone gets stuck on my screen at a distance or behind an object, I may not be able to heal them at all even though they're technically right beside me as far as the server sees.

Have yet to confirm if it's perhaps just a bug with the PS3 client or not.
