If it was that bad then everyone would be having problems, these people who can't dodge are isolated experiences.

Is the 0.3s delay in position update too long? Yes. That doesn't make it "bad code", they can just go in and change it.

The fact they haven't would indicate that their current system can't handle it well, which is indeed, bad netcode.
