Nobody cares about this issue other then in endgame/pvp circumstances.

I could give a rats ass about a random goblin in idontcarelocation that hits me for a 300 Bomb Toss out of my 6500HP...as long as it's "fixed" in endgame...I'm fine with it.

He SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED ENDGAME IN GENERAL. Not just Primal Fights. Don't start any false rumours cause there are a shitton of people jumping the bandwagon and spread lies which hurts the game for no reason.
