At the very beginning of the video you can notice that this player's screen is lagging like crazy. As his party runs down the ramp, you can literally see stuttering and even a fast forward effect.

Uhm.. that's my video, and I don't lag. I was using a free to use streaming program to record the video through Twitch. -it- doesn't record the video smoothly (this is likely because I didn't spend any time actually setting it up). My ISP is absolutely fine. I get a little under 70MB/sec download and 5MB/sec upload. It's also worth noting that in past MMOs, I have experienced that whole thing you are talking about (when I did have a crappy net connection), and guess what? If I made it out of an AOE on time, as in the videos I posted.. I didn't get hit!
