I have completed Power of Deduction. After turning the quest in to NPC "Aethelmaer", he does not offer to start the subsequent quest, The Secret of the White Lily. I have only come across one other report of this specific problem, while researching online. I have been dealing with this for 3 weeks now, calling in to customer service, filing in game bug reports, and even claiming in game harassment, just to get a hold of a GM. Still, no one will help me! I am now a paying customer, with multiple lvl 30 jobs, and deeply enjoy the game, but I can't progress any further. I need to unlock a dungeon called Brayflox's Longstop (I believe). How can SE just ignore my issue? If my account was hacked, I would assume they could go in and reset my items. Why then, can't they go in and reset my quest log so I may progress in my Main Scenario Quest?
