Pugilist: Dancer evasion Tank/Support. What would you like to see as a tank the most?

I feel I may have put this in the wrong part of the forums since it's a tanking job suggestion, but I want others input on what they think about the idea, or anything I could add or tweak to it.

It's generally an evasion based tank with abilities that has synergy with the other tank in an 8 man group. I feel ninja should fit the dps role this time around, and if we were to see an evasion tank, nothing is as graceful and nimble as a dancer.

I don't believe pure melee healers will work well due to the general mechanics of the fights in this game. Which is why I believe they should be tank or dps hybrids that have minor heals that compliment the actual healers of the group. Having that third yet weaker healer could make a big difference in a fight. Dancers strive on being versatile and could be tanks or healers in 11. With certain tweaks they can do both, albeit much less healing power than an actual healer, yet still noticeable to make a difference (with proper balancing) while still being able to fight in melee range.

But rather than being a support in that it heals the group slightly (That might be OK) I would like to see debuffs based on whatever "stance" the pugilist attack puts them in, if that makes sense.

Thanks for the suggestion, I added it on there, I also feel the stances could offer debuffs to enemies when they are struck with certain attacks, while still retaining the support skills from before. As Greased Lightning would be removed from this Job, this could very well make up for it.
