    I'm from europe and got noon of those problem. Did everyone having lag problem called their isp to know if they are not throttleing you ? I know one of our member got comfiration that his isp was throtteling him in the evening.

    Where in Europe? What are your ping times to server? What is your up/down? How did you find dodging Titan plumes, did you have to move before the cast bar appeared?
