Please let us extend our subscription

Please let us extend or subscription, it's silly that we can't extend our subscription just because we are currently have active subscription. Thanks to this now I have to wait next month till I can claim the veteran rewards. Look at some of us who have both PC and PS3 version, they have 60 days free game time + 7 additional Free days, and they won't be able to claim any vet rewards until this two months period ends + a week. I hope there's game time card in NA, but that seems not gonna happen anytime. EU has their Game Time Cards, JP has their Game Time Cards, NA?

There's Game Time Card from UltimateGameCard but that thing doesn't add game time to your account, only Crysta to your account that will not be charged UNTIL the current subscription ends, what the heck we're supposed to do with all the crystas laying around in My Account that can't be used.

Just want the Fantasia vial, :(

Me too. I'm SO done being a Miqo'te. I didn't know the game was going to be 90% Miqo'te, otherwise I would have picked something else.

I'm not the type that can enjoy being a leaf in the forest.

have you check your mogpost lately?

i assumed they gave one to everybody for the server issue the first week

I know but they gave one anyway, check your mogpost in game, not mog station
I did not pay anything for veteran reward, i did not even gave my credit card number yet, still many free days left
but the mog had a mail with one phial inside for buying the game

if it was tradable I would give it to you, really no use for it

I beleave those were the free ones given to the Legacy players. From what I understand enough people had issues with the re-creation (because for one you couldn't bring in a character created from the benchmark) that they gave all Legacy a vial to re-do.

Version 1.0 characters got sent an extra bonus Vial of Phantasia though - due to some people making a mistake when they recreated their character. Only transferred 1.0 characters get this sent to them though (it's automatically added to your list of options) - new characters don't I'm afraid.

As for subscriptions, you need to set up a payment method in order to add a subscription - this can be just a prepaid time card, which is how a lot of people are getting the Veteran Rewards.

The thing is, every region except NA doesn't have prepaid time card. And even though you've set the payment method, as I said before, they wont charge you until your period ends.

Crystas also do not work as everything is under "automatic renewal" and will not be used until your free 30 day is up.

I got the extra Phantasia on a new character. Do have Legacy, but I haven't yet recreated my old characters.

Even though it's tradable you can't send stuffs on different server :(

It is registered to the account, not to a single character. Every character on a 1.0 account, old and new, get this extra Fantasia.

Damn yea you need to wait 30 + 30 days before you can claim your vet rewards :(

With all the treads we've had about this since the games release, I think it's time SE just says something about this issue publicly. Seeing as how EU/JP's have a way to bypass this with time cards anyway, I don't see why they're keeping NA in the dark about opening subscriptions. It's especially annoying when you already have Crysta.

For NA 2.0's who want a Phial, it's been pretty frustrating seeing everyone else take their slice before you.
-EU's got them with time cards
-They were freely handed out to 1.0's
-1.0 subscription charges

You can get 6 months of game time at a time? Is that not enough for you?

We can't extend our subscription just because we are currently have active subscription.We have to wait subscription expired.
EU / JP can extend subscription via FFXIV Game time card, NA can't.
