What's the error you get?

can you be a little more specific? Are you talking about your Early Access registration code? Or did you enter your official game code? More details will get you more help.
Official game code. However it seems I added an additional service acct. Its very confusing
You can submit a form, but it's been a week for me and I haven't heard back.
You can call, but if you don't call exactly when they open you'll get put in a queue of over thousands.
You can try to get in chat, but the service is either down, or you get queued behind 200+ people. Then when you finally get to the first person in the queue, there's the high possibility of your chat service dropping and them saying you need to retry.
Essentially your screwed unless you get very lucky right now with getting in contact with customer service. It'll eventually get sorted out, but they continue to keep their M-F 9-6 business hours which does not help when they have shotty registration web pages and this problem seems to be increasing as more people register their accounts.

Bleh such a pain. Since I work the hours se phone support is open ill probably just eait for them to reopen sales and buy a new key.
Same... that was my mentality too...
I broke down and just put my personal phone on speaker phone at my desk and waited it out for 4 hours yesterday until my phone died. Today i waited 10-15 minutes on hold using the tactics in my guide. I wouldn't double down on a bad investment, it's hard to play right no anyway. Tons of errors and congestion.

Thx Hokulol, I'll give it a try Monday using the hidden personal cell at work trick. I've looked into it and I can get a refund still from my seller who seems very understanding.
Good news, got through to Kevin in support at 9:01 EDT, must have gotten first in line.
Bad news. Was informed they cannot fix my account at this time, they will sending out batches of new registration codes for people who have service acct issues like mine.
My ticket has been open for 11 days at this point.
Don't call their support, they can not help you. They will direct you to the forums. I have been unable to log in for over 30 hrs and they say they can help on the computer they are on. Don't waste your time holding on the phone and waiting in Chat.
