Approximately how long do we have to prepare before the next content patch?

According to what Yoshi said during PAX, he said 2.1 is basically ready.

They're also working on the expansion.

If XI is any clue, major patches tend to take months and full expansions a year or two depending on how much content they add. Adoulin took years but then it did add a whole new continent with content that's not even fully deployed yet.

I think you missed the message, Adoulin took a couple years to develop. It wasn't a comment on how long it's been out, though I did add that one shouldn't expect all of an expansion's content to be released at once.

Just to say, but Adoulin hasn't even been out a year yet, heck it barely been out 6 months.

I thought they said the first patch would be out a month after release, with the rest following every two-three?

next patch is going to be after the 9th

I hope 2 months, i got a job and leveling isn't the fastest thing.

yoshi said that the 180 veteran reward would come in patch 2.1

180 days is 6months from now.

which i bet is a good estimate.

What's the rush? :p Don't need to finish all content given to us now, before the next.

they already said in directors letter the content patch is in november which should contain crystal tower raid
