I want a refund
I've been trying to log into this game for 3 days now. Every time I try, I get the 1017 error. I'm sick of trying. Just give me a refund and let me be on my way. I'm not going to bash you or say anything rude. I'll just say that the launch of this game was just poor planning. Give me my $29.99 back so I can go buy something that won't make me wait days to play.

So are you wanting a refund from the player base that populates the forum?
That is the only reason I can see you would post this here. You would need to contact Square directly. Unfortunately I don't see a kind spirit on here willing to paypal you 29.99 :P

Good luck, I hope you get your refund. Not being sarcastic, I feel you completely. This is just ridiculous. Spare me the "it's early stages of the game," those people need to get off SE's nuts.

Well as far as refunding, I need it because they charged me through digital river twice of 79.99 ps3 Ce. I only ordered one copy on first preorder day.

You can be refunded for games if you are unhappy with your purchase. I asked Blizzard for one after the whole Diablo 3 mess.

Still better than D3s release! At least SE admitted that due to the poor 1.0 launch they weren't expecting this volume, now the ball is in their court to give us a quality product. Just be patient.
Blizzard on the other hand knew D3 would take the world by storm and didn't give a crap about their player base. Not sure if you guys played but we couldn't log in for the first 2 days... ya lining up at midnight for the game, getting home and installing, drinking coffee to stay up all night gaming... and ya couldn't even come close to character creation.

I really dont want to be THAT guy.
but really, refunds are being accepted in a number of places. Go get one, for realz, This game was like, change. They could have charged me 60, they charged me 30. And i would pay it again if ONLY for the 2-3 hours i first played in this game.
and no i dont care about having CE stuff, most of that i can find online, or buy off of amazon.

hmm, no they are not. You are right. However, really. Wouldnt happen, its not like we are going to shell out for a refund. So the OP (not sure if thats you) can go get one if he pleases from square. I am tired of this game and it's errors too. Its a great game, but this experience has been stressful and not consumer friendly.
