With all the problems I have been having concerning this game I decided to ask for a refund. I checked everywhere on your site and there is no link to, or mention of where/how to apply for a refund (due to your failure to provide the game/service you advertised). I attempted to create an email support ticket and although the only text I put in the "Detailed Condition" field (the one that says * Please describe as much as possible in 4000 byte letters.) was one sentence ("How do I get a refund?") it will not allow me to submit the ticket. It keeps telling me "- The text you entered is too long" and it places a red asterisk in the titles for the "Contact Email Address", "Platform" and "Detailed Condition" fields. I have included all the requested information and no matter how many times I try ... it will not accept the ticket. Not only can I not play the broken game I paid almost $100 for, but I cannot apply for a refund through the channels you "provided". I have lost my patience and I would like you to post a clear message as well as appropriate WORKING method to apply for a refund.
