K This is the last straw for me from this company.

Strike 1:

So you gave me false sell's advertisement by telling me reserve your copy now and get 3 days head start, but didnt get my 3 day head start because the game was so broken i didnt get to log in does 3 days. No bigy for me

Strike 2

Got the special eddition that suppose to offer digital items but never receive them, send you a email but still havent got a respond, No bigy for me i can wait for the items

Strike 3
Game opening day and i still can barely play it take over 30min to 1hr to log in and ounces i get in i get only 1.5 hr to 2hr of game play b/c after that most of the time i get d/c out the game and by then is to late for me to log back in since it could take hrs to log and i have work next day so i dont bother. NO bigy for me i am happy that i can play a few hrs

last stirke, I just check my account today and i got 3 charges of $49.99 when i only got 1 copy of the game and i cant get in contac with you guys b/c you arent open on the weekend and on top of that you arent open on monday b/c of holiday. First of all, you are right to be upset, but it isn't even close to illegal unless they actually attempt to keep the extra billed $. It may take some time because people are overloading them with stupid OMG I can't login tickets, that are unnecessary because they have told us whats going on AND what's being done to fix it.

But they WILL give you back the extra billed $. Also I have been through this before, and trust me sometimes it isn't even the companies fault. Its happened to me twice with Steam. Both times it was my BANKS fault.

Because most other forums have restrictions where you have to be high lvl to post. For example, I tried unsuccessfully to post under General Discussion the whole day, but I was always too low lvl (though what lvl is good enough is not mentioned as I'm now actually lvl 10+, but still couldnt post there)

I can at least offer you a possible solution for your strike 2. Have you registered the 20 digit game code on the Mog Station yet? I have a few friends that didn't realize they had to do that and therefore did not get their items. https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/Login?cont=account&request=mogstation give that a shot if you haven't and the next time you log in they should be there.

As for strike 4 it is entirely plausible that it is your banks fault. I know mine has done that to me on more than a few occasions. If your bank can't fix the issue then you'll have to contact square as you've already stated. It sucks that the charges have to sit there until Tuesday but most businesses aren't open on the weekends or on Labor Day. Once the problem is solved you'll have your money back. It's awful, it's a huge inconvenience, but such is life :/

The fact that she was hurt (dont care) does not matter to me because i didnt know her, and am a fairly cynical person. I could care less if it melted off her legs into her stomach.

That does not change the fact that she did not understand that coffee (which was at the time for mcdonalds, generally hot) would be hot, or she could atleast have tested the fact before picking up the cup, as it would have been, a fairly hot cup, to melt off her legs.

It is so easy to say this when everything works for you. I bet, you'd be crying the loudest here if you had an unfair bill sent to you. To claim that those ppl at fault themselves is outrageous. Of course, mistakes happen, but not this many. This is definitely the result of a badly made site, with unclear guidelines or just plain bugs and errors.

Thank you for the support, and i agree with everything you have said. Other than "What type of coffee ISN'T hot?" there are many kinds. However mcdonalds only recently started to carry anything but. So your statement stands. Just saying, i would expect someone to state soon that...
