Steps:
Our party died and upon hitting return to entrance became stuck in the loading screen. after 5 minutes we all force closed the client. Once we loggged back in we found our characters dead and the room reset. However we have no means of returning or raising and cannot terminate the instance. Even when we relog in the issue continues.

This is the reason why Yoshida says there will be less than 100 who clear this content before 2.0. Because "Anyone who die can not return" lol!

We wiped on this boss a plenty whilst rehearsing the fight, so I'm glad that if you die in the game you dont die in real life at least!

As a note: In game GM support said they could not teleport me and that it would take " a few days " before anything would be done. Completely unacceptable level of support.

Since when can a GM not teleport people!?

Bumping this. We're still stuck, it's been 4+ hours. Please help.

Almost 7 hours, absolutely no response from GM calls sent by the entire party.
Last time this happened, we were assured that the staff now knew how to handle this and that it would be dealt with quickly should it ever occur again. In fact, this time is proving to be slower than before.
We understand that the GMs receive a multitude of tickets every day, but we're all extremely disappointed at how this is unfolding. :(

bump... 6:30 am... 8 hours after the fact and no response.. this is just ridiculous and unacceptable. Not a single response from GM at all the entire night.

Steps: Party wipe to the ADS caused a perpetual black loading screen making the party unable to revive at the entrance.

Still stuck, the bodies are starting to get ripe!

Yeah still stuck.

The respawn mechanic of Turn-2 needs to be fixed, because if it fails (is what happened for whatever reason) it keeps you dead and doesn't respawn you because the triggering doesn't fire anymore. I assume its something similiar to "8th player HP goes from >0 to =0 then trigger respawn" but when the system fails to revive and return us to the entrance, it just keeps us dead there with no way to possibly revive, return to HP or dungeon entrance etc. It then decides you abandoned the instance at the same time and removes the instance timer.

I know return is disabled because of how the Turn is designed but you really need to have a way to fix this.

Since this has happened twice to me, ive been stuck dead in Turn2 for nearly a total of 30 hours since the game has entered early access 12 days ago which is more time than when i've been locked out of the server due to login issues.

IT'S NOW BEEN WHAT, 15 HOURS NOW? CAN I PLEASE RELEASE MY CORPSE AND GET OUT OF COIL TURN 2. PLEASE. I'D LIKE TO ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAME.

Could we please get some kind of response? We've all sent multiple GM calls with absolutely no response. This is completely unbelievable.

Approaching 16hours...this is the customer support you'd expect in FFXI under Tanaka, not Yoshi-p. Come on guys..

Actually approaching 19 hours.
This is hands down my worst customer support-related experience in any game to date. Not even a simple, "Please be patient while we investigate the issue." Just nothing.

Bump for you guys. This seems ridiculous.
