Yes..I have been having issues with the Mog Station. I can get to spot to change the payment info but I cannot find the area to put in my CE Registration code! I followed the info from SE but the links they give me don't exist! I am so frustrated! Couple that with fighting to get in world to play..it sucks! :mad:
pretty sure you just want to find where it lets you add a platform to your existing account but do not but your code in where is says add new service account. It wasn't working for me today when i tried. It just told me it was down for maintenance and i should try again later. Just gonna ride out the remaining three days and worry about it then.
yeah i was going to do that but when i try to input my RC it tells me it has already been used so i was going to do that and if nothing works ...BOOM nuke then in the ass
I am being positive an think that after this 3 days the 30 days will kick in and then i will be able to add a payment method

Be sure to check out the dev tracker periodically, every so often it actually has something useful for us NA/EU people
Okay to clarify, because I'm seeing the same thing and freaking out. Once the 3 day trial, EA I presume, it will show the free 30 days we got with buying the game and we will be able to add payment info that will then be charged after the 30 days?
I had this same screen, then I added my game code I got this morning, and it fixed it, Add a new service and enter in the code you got this morning.

No, what happens is when you add your registration code for the actual game, 30 days will be added to your account, causing it to show 33 days left. At the end of the 33 days, you will then be able to add your payment information in. Alternatively you could get an Ultimate Game Card and use that to add Crysta to your account, which you can then use to get a say 90day sub to get the mount
Do not add a new service. You want to click either "Add a new platform" or "Add a new windows service". Do not click on the tab that just says "Add a new service" as this will cause a whole new account to be created for FFXIV and you will not have your current characters on it.
Okay, what is this game code? I've received 2 codes and both have been registered, was I suppose to get another one from SE? I preorder a digital copy from SE directly. I have a 16 digital serial number/product code that came with my order confirmation and a 20 digit early access code.
Interesting, i just went to my mog station and It's changed, I now have the option to add a payment method...hmmm, now i am confused.
Nevermind, I think I just found the email I thought I missed. It was, of course, in the spam folder.

Thank you so much for finally pointing this out! I was so afraid to register my code because I wasn't sure which button to click: whether its the "add new plattform" or "add windows service" button for windows CE registration to my BETA account.
But what you are saying is that between those two it doesn't matter they will both work for it, correct?
If you bought your game from SE, you should have received a registration code from digital river for the actual game. Before tuesday you would have received first your preorder registration code, and then your early access code. On tuesday they sent out the registration codes for the actual release edition with the 30 days free. If you are not seeingthe email check your spam folder, as that was where mine got tossed.
This is my problem, I am 1.0, who participated in beta, bought the digital CE for early access. When I actually got to play, my beta character was available, and I got my early access items. My CE items have not appeared yet.
I went into mog station, updated the payment subscription, it charged $0 for it.
But it says I have to upgrade to CE edition? The emails are in my inbox (not spam), but the digital river email for "in game items", says registration is automatic. But mogstation says it isn't CE.

If you haven't figured this one out yet. Click on the Mogstation Banner and the screen should change. You should now have the "Add Platform" button for your service account. Use this to enter in your code and the service account will be upgraded to a full service account.
Just for shits and giggles, did you get a registration code with the CE email from digital river, and if so, have you tried entering under the bonus code option, the button with the present?
Hey guys, is anyone getting error codes 401 while upgrading to CE? Or 601 when trying to subscribe?

after the trial expired (Today) I got an E-mail from SE but it was in my junk mail. I had a new serial but when I tried to use it it told me it was the wrong region.
I waited until the Free Trial Expired and then tried to log into the game and it asks you for a serial.
I tried using the old one that I got for the pre-order and it didn't work it was already in use so i gave a try to the one that was form another region.
That Serial is the Serial for your game AFTER PRE-ORDER, I "DID NOT HAVE TO ADD A PLATFORM OR A NEW SERVICE ACCOUNT", when I input the serial it ask me if I wanted to add a new service account but I didn't because it showed me the names of my toons and I used that one. I don't know how every other account is set up.
Once I logged off my mogstation and then logged back in and I had my account with the my toons and everything in it to add subscription

Okay, I've done everything you all have. I did the pre-order registration code (18). Then yesterday before my supposed free trial ended (which only lasted 6 days I might add) I got the early access code (20). It said I had one day left on a standard account and needed to subscribe to keep playing. I can't subscribe to anything. All I have is the add platform button which I've tried already. I went to use my 20 digit access code for that and it said it was in use. I've only gotten two emails. The one from digital river for pre-order access and the other one last night for the early access. I keep hearing about this other code you're supposed to get but I've checked, re-checked and checked my spam and my inbox since last night and I have NOTHING. I got my mog hat and Cait Sith minion in game but I haven't received anything else. Then I got kicked off the server last night and can't log back on till I subscribe. There is NO subscribe button or any options button under account.

Gives me the code but when I input it I get nothing. I even went as far as trying to log onto the game and use it again on the site from there and STILL NOTHING! :mad:
I had the standard Edition and I upgrade to the CE for $20 to get the bonus items. I paid for the upgrade and now my account says I have the CE and next to the box that says Bonus are all the items I should be getting. The only items I have are the Cait Sith Doll and Moogle Cap from when I was using the SE. How do I get the CE items ? The only email I received is for the purchase of the upgrade and no bonus code was in that email. Do I wait for another email from Square with the code ? I cant figure out how to get support on this. Any impute would be great.

I hadn't even gotten an upgrade and I'm still having issues with mine. A friend bought me the CE digital download and I got my items but I still can't connect my game with the Mog Station. They say phone support wait time is almost three hours long. I sent in a support ticket yesterday but they sent me an email stating it would be answered within 48 hours or two business days. Well this is Friday, take Saturday and Sunday off, add Monday as labor day and I might not get answered till freaking Tuesday, Wednesday at this rate. All I have to say is you're better off sending a support ticket in unless you want to be listening to elevator music for two hours -___-
