I demand a refund. I was promised something in return of my $59.99. I received a game that will not allow me to play. Again I demand a refund, the promise from Square Enix has not been kept and I feel as though my rights are being broken. I don't know if this is the case because Square Enix is a Eastern Continent company, idk and I don't care. Hours of my life has been wasted due to this game and $60 that could've provided for my family or anything was stolen from me.

Square had a typo... your payment was a donation so no refund however their Thanks for your generosity is some new trailers, few minutes of game play, your personal 1017 screensaver/background and the ability to watch the opening cinematics infinitely till your hearts content. Oh and an entitlement to numerous apologies....

Spoke with a couple of friends who are currently on the Moogle server EU and they made me painfully aware SE had locked the server i am unable to play an MMO with my friends until like playing the lottery im lucky enough to stumble across a time when it actually is accepting character creation.
To make matters worse, now all European and Na servers are locked preventing me from creating Characters on any server.
So looking back, I have paid money for a game that "IS" working but has completley locked me out of it whilst my friends who paid the same money as me are playing, i am unable to play the game at all.
Now it gets intresting, there T&C's state that they cannot 100% garuntee server uptime and loss of connection/use of there product is inevitable especially at launch.
That i can forgive, what i can't and wont forgive is the fact theres nothing wrong with the service as people are playing it.
This is SE's problem not ours we have paid to be able to play and they go an announce that the Japanese servers which are currently stable and problem free are going to get an upgrade, but the EU and NA servers " THE ONES WITH THE FUCKING PROBLEMS" are getting absolutley zero help and a load of automated were sorry deal with it responses.
Your are in breach of your T&C's if you are providing a service to one person and not another, this is known as discrimination major discrimination, maybe not your intent but this is what it boils down to, your providing a service to some and not others even though everyone paid the exact same money for this game.
Explain to me how this is even legal.
Ffs sort it out before this launch goes down in history as the worst launch in MMO history.... if it is not there already.

To everyone. Sony is giving me a refund. I will not be banned from PSN because I am a faithful customer to them. Banning me is a loss of money, also my refund with be put back into my wallet to spend on another product within Sony's Arsenal. As for the guy talking about he's tired of these threads...Kiss My Ass and I am dead serious. When you start working and earning my money that I used to pay this game. I can say and do with the fuck I want with what I paid for. Also I said I will be filing a complaint. I did not say this thread is the complaint. :D Congratulations to me for working in support as well and knowing how to get what I want. The rest of you are SOL and SE has robbed you.

Dude I have Xillia and it is nice. My characters are level 40 and I enjoying Jude and Milla...not so much of the other characters... They are lacking compared to previous Tales characters such as Lloyd, Emil or Zealos. -
