Square Enix Store Codes

I ordered my game through the SE Store, are they supposed to send the code for registering the game today? Or should I already have it somewhere?

Your order info should be updated with the serial number for your game and there's something called an Unlock Code I have yet to figure out what that's for... :/

My Friend is having the same problems he can't play the game he bought. He isn't happy at all and there is no one to contact. Support just wont answer.

I got my email from them this morning with my code.

Yeah, I was worried it was going to be another mess like with the EA codes. I had to fight with it for 3 days to get mine to work. Fortunately I was lucky this time, code registered right away, had only 1 service account, done and done. Phew!

Still have not got my code yet. wtf

I dont have my code either...then again I ordered from game stop. I just dont like how this is going for everybody in general :/. It shouldn't be this messed up.

Yeah but did you try putting it in? IT also came with ANOTHER different serial number which makes no sense.

I recieved my code for the digital collectors, i go to enter my code and get a 'Code Invalid message' wth?

I got my CE code this morning (purchased from the SE store) and it took me a while to get it registered. First, it said the code from Digital river was invalid, then the code I got from SE was for the wrong region. Finally went to the Mog Station and entered my code from Digital River there, and it worked! So I finally have my stuff and subscription....

Definitely was a lot of confusion with this because the codes weren't working with SE sites, but there doesn't seem to be anything that points you in the direction of entering the code through the Mog Station. I just figured it out on my own trying my codes every which way. Luck.

I got an email this morning with saying my digital copy was ready for download. If you ordered directly from SE and are in the US (not sure how the EU store works) just go to findmyorder.com and enter your order number. You will see that its updated with an unlock code (which I dunno if digital non-collectors got) and a serial code (or key). That serial code is the one you want.

I was able to update everything on the Mog Station this morning and get my CE items when I logged in.

Thats the code i keep putting in and as i said earlier i keep getting the 'code invalid' message. any insights anyone??
