Your order info should be updated with the serial number for your game and there's something called an Unlock Code I have yet to figure out what that's for... :/
My Friend is having the same problems he can't play the game he bought. He isn't happy at all and there is no one to contact. Support just wont answer.
I got my email from them this morning with my code.

Yeah, I was worried it was going to be another mess like with the EA codes. I had to fight with it for 3 days to get mine to work. Fortunately I was lucky this time, code registered right away, had only 1 service account, done and done. Phew!
Still have not got my code yet. wtf
I dont have my code either...then again I ordered from game stop. I just dont like how this is going for everybody in general :/. It shouldn't be this messed up.
