yes you can, I did it a few minutes ago through my SE account. Signed up for the 90 renewal,, didnt have a problem with it and upgraded to C.E. for 19.99. Logged out and back in and I have all my C.E. items. Hope this helps. :)
Sorry if this is somewhere else but can you explain in datail how the 90 day sub work?. do i have to pay once 12.99 for the 3 month or is 3 times 12.99 once for each month?. i want to know before i go and do something stupid.

on the mog station, u have to add a service account, submit your code then go from there
Quick (maybe) question relating to this. My accounts fine and ready to go, but my buddy is having a bit of difficulty that I couldn't help him figure out. He pre-ordered the digital download of the game and got e-mailed his "Serial Number/Product Code" from digitalriver (pre-ordered directly from squeenix). Only that code is too short to use to add a service account, it's missing 2 characters.
So he tried using the early access code that you got after registering his product code on the http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com page. Only it's saying that the code doesn't work.
He used his early access code when logging into the launcher and has been able to play a couple times when he finally was able to log in, but on the mog page and the XIV account managment page it is showing he has no active service accounts, and there are no options for him to choose a payment option, only the spot to add a service account using a key he doesn't seem to have.
Are there any other codes he's supposed to have? He submitted a ticket but he'll likely run out of time before they respond.

Mine is showing an account expiring in 3 days. It says my code is already used, so how do I subscribe? =/
there are 2 codes, by the sounds of it you are using your 18 digit early access code. you need your 20 digit code that you get from the game its self or via e-mail if it was a digital version. But you cannot add a payment subscription unless you register your 20 digit code on the mog station.
The 3 day expiration time is for all of us as early access was extended by 3 days, you will be locked out of the game unless you register your 20 digit code by then (not 100% on this) then after you will get a 30 day extention.
Exactly what I'm getting. Played open beta and early access but unable to set up payment for anything beyond that. How do we pay to keep the game going?
Edited: hope this will help someone else. I found the code I'm suppose to be using in an email from enix. It is a different code from the one used for early access. Was also able to upgrade to CE and set up monthly billing. Check your email for Digital Rights number.
I Figured it out. They could have been a bit more clear on the account page. With the 20 Digit key they emailed you, make sure your on your EA account and ADD Windows OR Playstation Service (whatever you ordered) and enter it there.
Simple but could have been explained a bit easier

Should I be worried if I don't see my main character in the mog station? Only shows an alt I created on another server while I waited for a slot to free up on my main?
I also did the betas and now early access but can't seem to find anything with this digital rights code..? :(

Ok, well, all I have in my emails are the 18 digit code and then 20 digit code I received for early access. There is a product SKU number but.. is that it? Where and how do I enter it? Or, do I even really need to do anything? I was under the assumption that once my early access days are gone, I'd have the free 30 days and would then be able to set up my subscription.. no? But now I'm all kinds of confused, sorry folks. ;D

@Jrel I also noticed that second 18 digit code beneath it.. anyone got word on what it's for?

If you ordered a digital download, your initial e-mail with the confirmation (not the order confirmation, but the one with your preorder code) should have the digital rights number.
If you didn't order digital, but ordered physical copies of anything, your digital rights number will be in the packaging of your game.
If you can no longer find your number, first thing you need to do is call/e-mail SE and/or Digital River to see if you can get another copy. You're most likely going to need your order number for this.
I got my digital rights code, but whenever I try to enter it, it says the code is invalid. Does anyone know what would be causing this.
Also to make sure I am doing it right, you go in to register it by 'Add Serviice-Windows' or is there somewhere else I go?
Edit: Nevermind I got it to work... it is case sensitive for some reason.... Go figure.
So, Ive been hearing that even if you sign up for the 90 days right now, being as we get 30 days free we wont get charged until the end of those 30 days and we wont get our vet rewards until then? Is this right? Also I have heard that the only way to get the vet rewards right now is ARR Gametime Cards, but I have no clue where people are getting these because I have searched and searched and Ive only found them on Amazon and even then you have to order them and wait for delivery. Can we get Crysta and pay for it that way?
I got my 20-digit Digital Rights number from the Product Now Available e-mail, but I also got an 18-digit code underneath it.
What is this extra 18-digit code for? I can't find a place to redeem it either. I already have all my CE items listed under bonus items.
