Wrong Character Listed on Mog Station

I went to set up a subscription on the Mog Station but I noticed under the Character List it is showing a character I made to play around with on a JP server which I deleted a few days ago. My main character from 1.0 is there when I log in to play the game but it isn't listed anywhere in the mog station.

Does anyone have a fix to this or is even having this same problem, id like to figure it out before I set up the subscription on a character that is deleted. Not even sure it matters, anyways thanks.

Seeing the same issue. Mog station only shows my JP toon and has no idea about my two US toons. It also doesn't show my PS3 license, early access, or collectors edition (PS3) which were purchased via PSN after the 15th.

Just about everyone has this issue. So far we are just gonna wait until the official launch time and pray that fixes it.

Otherwise.. no one can subscribe.

I see no character at all on MogStation.

I don't think the Mogstation has been fully activated, pretty much no one can do anything with it.

I'm having the same issue, only my main popped up last night but has now since disappeared again >_<

Extreme server load can cause weird problems everywhere, it'll probably be corrected at some point.

I'm having the exact same issue ! During Beta Test Phase 4, I created my main character on ODIN server while I created a secondary one on JP server. Now when I log into the Mog Station, it only shows my JP character.
HELP !!! :(

There is no help, you character is dead forever and you have no choice but to play your JP one.


...But really, it's probably just an issue with the mogstation it'll get sorted out soon enough.

Same with mine. Only shows jp for now. Hopefully it will show na/us or all soon but meh as long as I get my iems I dont care lol

Anyone getting there eu/us toons up yet?

I am in the same situation. Mog Station see deleted char from JP server but not my main (which was created sooner!) from EU server...

As long as it shows one of your characters that you made for that service account you are fine to pick it. It will only show one of your characters and your bonus items are tied to your account not character. It will show the one at the top of the character list starting with jp. Rest assured, even if it shows one of your characters from jp server its fine. Choose it.

Having the same issues, only showing my JP characters. I'd rather wait till there's some more confirmation that that's fine.

Good to know I'm not the only one experiencing this. Couldn't understand why my Durandal alt was showing but none of my Balmung characters were. Guess they have a kink to work out there :3

It would be really nice to get some official word on this issue. I have my CE code ready to put it in, but I really want to make sure that everything goes smoothly. I'd hate to have issues like some of the other folks here. my Mog Station says I only have one character total, when I should have three. Like someone else mentioned, my two NA/EU characters are not showing (which I created for beta P4) but the one I made on a JP server last night when I couldn't access Leviathan is what shows on the list.

Ultimately, it would just be nice to hear from SE that we're okay to go ahead and put our codes in and all our items will be applied to all of the characters, even if they're not actually listed.

(edit: because apparently I've been awake too long to be tying)

Mine showed no char yesterday, then my main last night, now back to showing none. I'm guessing it will sort itself out eventually. But until then it does make it difficult for people with more than one service account to figure out which they're supposed to be registering the code to.

edit: even though it showed no characters, my main still had the collectors items waiting in her mailbox when she logged in.

Same problem. Reported to SE support center. Got Old player bonus (helm, minions and so on) but says I have no met requirements for the other bonuses (those for staying 30-60-90 days in FFXIV 1.0). It's so frustrating report continuosly stuff like that. Also having trouble recovering the license code...it's not showing it and I don't know yet where and when download the new software for free. I am so blinded or SE minding to provide us some help?

I have no characters listed, I have not gotten any of the CE items and I can't even set up subscription without a character listed. It really sucks that they can't make even a single aspect of this launch work as they planned.

I had a character in there yesterday, but not today - it's gone!

Same here only JP one also my Collector and Legacy has been removed ( i have 2 on the eu/na one)

When you click the character it links you to the lodestone, so maybe the missing character is just an interruption connecting to lodestone, rather than it thinking you don't have one.

My character is showing in the Lodestone OK, just not at all in Mog Station. It was there last night, as of this morning it's gone.

Same here, but when I added the CE upgrade to my account, the items turned up just fine on my character. So it not displaying is more a visual glitch, than the character actually being not connected to your account.

The only people it really affects are those with more than one service account trying to figure out which one to apply codes to.

I went ahead and took the leap of faith as well and everything went through fine. Mind you, I only have the one service account, so that wasn't an issue for me. It was only the missing characters from NA. However, my NA characters did get the items. So, hopefully that encourages others to go ahead and input their codes as well. Just remember, as other threads have stated, to add the new platform, not the new service account. :)

Mine only shows my JP character (which I don't really intend on playing), but I got my CE items for my NA characters fine.

Yes, The important thing is to choose the right service account. I have two, one was 1.0. I decided to start fresh so I have 2 service accounts at the moment. Service account 1 is my 1.0 character, service account 2 is my PS3 one that I started over with. The items will go for all characters you have made with that service account. Do not fear if the "wrong" character shows up. Just be sure to pick the right service account.

This is the same issue for me. Last night Mog Station showed my character last night but when I logged in this morning, it shows no character x.x

Because of the high log in/ creation issues sometimes the Mog Station doesn't load the characters.
